After months of being ignored, it’s finally time to get out of Illinois and back on the road. Once I shake off all the dust from being locked in the back of Sarah’s closet, I’ll be traveling to Taiwan for the Amway Cup!
This will be my first trip out of the country, so needless to say I’m pretty excited. I know a few of my friends from the WPBA will be heading to Taipei as well, so I won’t get too lonely while Sarah is busy kicking ass.
The real reason I want to go though is to check out the Formosan Mountain Dogs.

These dogs are all from Taiwan and they have these totally wicked black tongues. I probably won’t see one since they’re really rare, but you never know. After Taiwan, Sarah and I will be flying over to San Diego for the first event of the 2010 WPBA season, the San Diego Classic, then we’ll be off to Philly for the Super Billiards Expo.
I am seriously beat. That Samm girl had us running around all weekend, but we did have a blast seeing old friends and meeting some new ones. First off was a stop at the Poison booth to visit with my pal Cristina De La Garza:

She’s so nice to me. No rest for the weary though, as our next stop was at the Mezz booth to say hi to Sarah Rousey, Caroline Pao and Amateur champ Ming Ng:

I always like seeing my little buddy Sarah and meeting Caroline and Ming was a blast. From there, it was on to see this year’s champions Mr. 400 John Schmidt and Allison Fisher:

I’m heading back to Atlanta to recuperate for a few days, then I hop back on a plane with the tall lady to hit the WPBA San Diego Classic. If you want to see all the pictures, just head over to the Facebook page or check out the photos on Flickr.
